CONTAINERIZED DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANT - 4000MC/D

The proposed plant produces drinking water from surface water.
The system is completely pre-assembled on various stainless steel skids and installed in a 40" insulated container with air conditioning and lighting; the configuration is "plug & play" and allows civil works to be minimized.
The main sections include the loading pumps, a self-cleaning safety filter, the Ultrafiltration membrane modules (which constitute the heart of the system), the membrane backwashing section and a final disinfection. The electrical panel is equipped with a PLC.

The proposed plant consists of the treatment of surface water, using ultrafiltration technology to produce drinking water.
Description of the plants: 
Two (2) containerized ultrafiltration (UF) units for the production of drinking water from surface water with a production of 180 m3/h each and on average 4,000 m3/day of drinking water.
