IDRODEPURAZIONE realizes washing devices with:

- washing flaps
- rotating spray cleaners
- washing devices with clapet floodgate
- fixed mixers 

The folding basin washing takes place when the basin is empty, before the precipitated dirt causes encrustations and bad smells. The basin can be fed with water from the net, from a river or depurated water. 

The IDRO 4106 washing flaps work without electrical supply and don’t need any maintenance. The basins are wholly realized in AISI 304 steel, nuts and bolts included. 

The IDRO 4107 rotating spray cleaners are suited for the automatic cleaning of the rain water collecting basins. The mixture of air and water produced with a high speed jet allows a delay in the decomposition of the organic matters in the waste water and to remove sedimented materials, collecting them to the treatment plant. This appliance is particularly suited for mixed sewer where a good rate of oxygenation is required to avoid the formation of bad smells. 

The washing devices with clapet floodgate consist of concrete washing water tank with a fast opening clapet floodgate with an electro-hydraulic or airdraulic driving gear. 

During a meteorologic event, part of the water is collected into the tank realized in the rain basin. After the rain has fallen, when the basin is emptied, the caplet floodgate, set to motion by a sensor in the discharge basin, instantaneously opens and the washing water generates a wave that washes the bed of the basin. Deposits and encrustations are thus collected to the discharge channel or to the pumping basin. The fast opening caplet floodgate is wholly realized in AISI 316 steel. 

The fixed mixers are installed at the bottom or on the walls of the rain basins where they produce a horizontal stream that contrasts the organic substances sedimentation effect.
